FeaturesSharing
Each person sees their part.
Share tables through groups — to view, to edit or to manage — and invite people by email. Someone without an account can get a link to a single record. Nobody needs training to use it.
Three levels, nothing else to set
A viewer reads the records. An editor also adds and edits them. A manager also changes the table's fields. You grant a level to a group, table by table, and everyone in the group gets it.
Invite them by email
Send an invitation to anyone, account or not, and pick the group they'll join. The link signs them up — or in — and they reach whatever that group reaches. Links work once, and expire.
One record, by link
Make a public link for a record and send it in any chat: whoever opens it sees just that record, read-only, with no account. Replace the link and the old one stops working; remove it whenever you like.
An account for each part of your life
Keep the business, the house and the club in separate accounts, each with its own tables, groups and people. Add one in a moment; you manage it, and hand the daily work to the right people.

More of what it does
- Claude and your AIConnect Claude to your tables, then ask, add and update in plain words — within the limits you set.
- Paper to recordsSnap a receipt, upload a box of invoices or forward an email: each one becomes a record, lines and all.
- TablesDescribe what you keep in a sentence, show it some documents, or upload your spreadsheet.
- Search and viewsOne search box for every table — then the same results as a list, a calendar, a gallery or a map.
- Layouts and printRecords laid out like their paper — sections side by side, the total big — shown full screen, printed or saved as a PDF.
- History and recoveryEvery change on record, any version back in a click, deleted records a search away, and all your data to take with you.
Say it once. It stays on record.
