FeaturesPaper to records

Snap it, upload it, email it. It's a record.

Receipts, invoices, forms — one, or a whole box of them. AI reads each one into your table, its lines and totals included, links the supplier or customer it names, and keeps the file attached as proof.

All of it, not just the total

An invoice's lines go into its line items, row by row. The supplier it names is linked to your Suppliers table — found there whatever the capitals or accents, or added with the details the paper shows.

A whole box at once

Put the photos and PDFs in a ZIP and upload it: one record per file, up to 200 at a time, read together in the background. You get an email when it's done — and a file the table already has is skipped, not read twice.

Or just forward it

Every account has its own email address, and each table one more. Forward a supplier's invoice and it's in; what you write in the message is read too, so “paid with the Visa” fills a field the paper doesn't show. You get one reply saying where everything went.

Tell it how you keep things

Each table can carry a few instructions just for the AI — how to write a name, which date counts, what to leave out. They're followed every time a document is read, and they never show on the form.
