Save and share information, with humans and AI.
Snap a receipt, forward an email or just tell Claude, and it's saved as a plain record. The people you share it with find and update it on the web or their phone, no AI needed — and Claude can answer questions about all of it.
Everything you keep, in one place
Receipts, fuel, the shopping list, the warranties: each in a table of its own, filled in by you, the people you share it with, and Claude.
Snap it, and stop trying to remember
Send Claude a photo of the receipt: the store, the date and every item go into your Receipts table, there for whenever you need them.
Ask what you'd never add up yourself
How much went on butter this year? Where is it cheapest? Claude works it out from what's written down.
Hands busy? Just say it
In the car or out on a walk, talk to Claude instead of typing: log the fill-up, or hear what's left on the shopping list.
How it works
1. You ask
“Log the invoice I just sent Sosa Hardware: $1,200, due on the 30th.”
To Claude — or snap a photo of the invoice instead.
2. It's written down
Invoices
- Client
- Sosa Hardware
- Amount
- $1,200.00
- Due
- Oct 30
- Paid
- No
3. Anyone uses it
Marta types “sosa” in the search box, finds it, and marks it paid from her phone.

- Marta marked it paid · today
- You created it · yesterday
With AI
The AI sets up the tables and fills them in
Ask Claude, in plain words
Connect Claude to your tables and it looks things up, adds and updates records, works out totals — and, if you let it, sets up tables. You approve which tables it can reach and how far it can go, and whatever it changes goes into the history under your name. Your own agents can connect too, through MCP or the API.
- “How much did we spend on fuel this year?”
- “Which of this month's invoices are still unpaid?”
- “Which vaccines are due next month?”
- “Set up a table to track the harvest.”
Built into DataWasi, nothing to connect
A table from a sentence
Describe what you want to keep track of — “my invoices: client, amount, due date, paid or not” — and it proposes the columns. You check them before anything is created.
A table from your paperwork
Upload a few invoices or forms of the same kind. It designs the table from them and, if you like, turns each one into a record.
A record from a photo
Snap a receipt or upload a PDF: the fields fill themselves in, and the file stays attached as proof. Send a ZIP full of them and you get one record each.
Already in a spreadsheet? That part needs no AI: upload the Excel or CSV file, each sheet goes to the table its columns match — or to a new one — and you check before anything is imported.
Without AI
Everyone else just uses it
What the AI wrote down is an ordinary record: a row with its fields, on the web or on the phone. Nobody has to talk to an AI, change a setting or learn anything to use it.
Find it
Type a name, or any word from the record, into the search box. That's all there is to it.
Add and fix
A form with the table's fields and nothing else — the same on a phone as on a computer.
See who changed what
Every record keeps its history: what changed, when, and who did it — Claude's changes too, under the name of whoever connected it. Any earlier version can be brought back.
Each person sees their part
Share through groups, so each person can view, edit or manage what you decide. Someone without an account can get a link to a single record.
Things people keep records of
rents collected · vaccines and check-ups · invoices sent · tools lent out · fuel and maintenance · clients and quotes · school fees · harvests and lots · inventory · warranties and receipts · subscriptions and renewals · family papers
“The palest ink is better than the best memory.”
— old proverb
Say it once. It stays on record.
