FeaturesClaude and your AI

Ask Claude. It reads and writes your tables.

Connect Claude once and talk to your records in plain words: it looks things up, adds and fixes records, works out totals and sets up tables — only where you let it, and always on the record.

Ask what you'd never add up yourself

Claude reads your tables to answer: what's unpaid, what's due, who pays late, how this month compares with the last. It searches the way you would and does the arithmetic for you.

Tell it what happened

“Ana paid the March rent”, “move the dentist to Friday”: it finds the record and changes it, or adds a new one — from a photo, too. Each change goes into the record's history under your name, like anything you'd change yourself.

You decide how far it goes

When you connect it, you choose: read only, or read and write. And for each table, how far writing goes — everything, create and update, or only create, for a ledger it should add to but never alter. Disconnect it and it stops at once.

Your own agents and scripts, too

DataWasi speaks MCP, the standard way AI assistants connect to apps, so other agents connect the same way Claude does. For Zapier, Make, n8n or a script that runs every night, there's a REST API with personal access tokens — including an upsert that updates the matching record or creates it.

The details

Works with

On the record
Every change it makes is in the record's history, under your name
To stop it
Disconnect it under Connected apps: it loses access at once
For scripts
A REST API, with personal access tokens that last 90 days, a year or two

More of what it does
