Five hundred options, and a box to find yours
A short one this week: one change, for anyone whose list of choices runs long.
Long lists of options
An Options field now holds up to 500 choices, up from 100 — room for every country, every product or every branch. Whoever manages the table adds them in the field's settings.
Once a list runs past a dozen, a Filter options box sits on top and narrows it as you type: on a record's form, when you edit several records at once, and in the field's settings. Capitals and accents don't count, so “zurich” finds Zürich; the list scrolls in place, and on a record the options already chosen come first.
